Boursin Pork Chops

Ingredientes

4 pork chops

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

½ medium onion, chopped

¾ cup chicken broth

1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic

Chopped parsley (optional, but delicious)

Instruções

Let the pork chops sit out 15–30 minutes so they cook evenly

Pat dry + season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Sear in butter + olive oil until golden (3–5 mins per side depending on thickness)

Remove chops, then sauté chopped onion until soft and lightly browned

If the pan gets dry, add a small splash more oil

Stir in chicken broth + the whole Boursin — it melts into the creamiest sauce

Let it bubble for 4–5 minutes until silky

Add the pork chops back in (don’t forget the juices!) and simmer another 3–5 minutes until cooked through (145°F)

Add an extra splash of broth if the sauce thickens too much

Taste, season, and serve
