Pumpkin Countertop Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredientes

4 eggs

1 ⅔ cup sugar

1 cup avocado oil

1 (15oz) can pumpkin

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

FROSTING:

3oz cream cheese

½ cup butter (softened)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups confectioners sugar

Instruções

Grease a 15 x 10 baking sheet.  In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin on medium speed until fluffy. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix until combined. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.

While the cake is cooling, in a mixing bowl combine all of the frosting ingredients.  Mix on medium high until well combined.  Frost cake and serve or set out on the counter for all to enjoy! #thanksgiving #thanksgivingdesserts
