Fermented Radish Recipe✨
Large glass canning jar with lid; filtered water, bunch radishes (give them a rinse and a light smash to open them up) 1 Tsp. Mineral salt, handful dill, 2 cloves garlic minced, (optional) red pepper, chopped, 1 tsp red peppercorns, 1 tsp maple syrup. 2tsps lemon juice. Add all to glass jar. Pack tight. Submerge radishes under the water. Lid on. Shake well. Leave out for one day. Refrigerate after and enjoy. 💗
