The Flavor in These Chicken Skewers 10/10

Ingredientes

4 chicken breasts cut into cubes

Wooden skewers (or metal)

Seasoned in a ziplock bag with:

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

3 minced garlic cloves

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp plain greek yogurt

Splash of olive oil

Cucumber salad:

2 small cucumbers cut up

1 Roma tomato chopped

1/2 small red onion sliced

Salt to taste

Oregano

1/2 Lemon juice

Splash of olive oil

Dipping sauce:

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt @fage

1/2 lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

2 minced garlic cloves

I made some white Jasmine rice on the side. To plate I added 1/2 cup of rice, spoon of salad & 2 chicken skewers per plate. I also added a sprinkle of Feta cheese over the salad. This meal makes 2 servings 😊

Notes: if using wooden skewers place into a bowl with water for about 30 min. It will prevent them from burning while cooking. Cut up the chicken breast into cubes, into a ziplock bag add chicken cubes plus seasonings, greek yogurt, minced garlic and olive oil. Combine well and allow to marinate for as long as you can (I marinated in the am to cook the chicken later for dinner)

Stack chicken cubes into the sticks and I decided to cook them in the air fryer at 390 degrees for 12-14 min. While’s that’s cooking I added all ingredients for the cucumber salad into a bowl. Mix well. Also add all dipping sauce ingredients into a small bowl and combine until it turns into a thin sauce.

This dinner is absolutely so yummy! It is worth all the extra steps 😋👊🏼
