Bang Bang Chicken Salad

Marinade:
700g chicken thighs
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp white pepper
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce:
1 cup kewpie mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sesame oil
To serve:
Vermicelli noodles
Shredded purple cabbage
Fresh bean sprouts
Julienned carrots
Fresh coriander
Sliced spring onions
Thinly sliced cucumber
Crispy fried shallots
Sesame seeds
Instruções
In a large snap lock bag add chicken thighs, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, white pepper, honey, soy, lime juice & olive oil. Seal bag and massage until well combined and coated, let marinate in the refrigerator for atleast an hour.
Combine kewpie mayonnaise, lime juice, sweet chilli sauce, honey, garlic powder, sesame oil, salt & white pepper to make sauce
Cook chicken in a hot pan with oil until browned and cooked through
Serve on top of vermicelli noodles with chopped vegetables on the side, top with spring onion, coriander, fried shallots, sesame seeds and drizzle with sauce
