Tomato Garlic Orzo

Kosher or fine sea salt
2 ½ cups Mountain High Organics Orzo
¼ cup butter
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes (, halved)
4 garlic cloves (, minced)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (, plus more for serving)
¼ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley (, plus more for serving)
Freshly cracked black pepper
Instruções
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the orzo according to the package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and red pepper and cook for another minute. Stir in the orzo, Parmesan, cream, parsley and ½ - 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook, stirring until fully combined, about 1 – 2 minutes. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
Serve with more Parmesan and parsley if desired.
