8 TBSP BUTTER
1 TBSP BUTTER
½ CUP MUENSTER CHEESE
½ CUP MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE
½ CUP SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
½ CUP MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
2 CUPS HALF AND HALF • 8 OUNCES VELVEETA CUBED
2 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
¼ TSP SEASONING SALT
1/8 TSP PEPPER
Instruções
1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
2. LIGHTLY BUTTER A DEEP 2 ½ QUART BAKING DISH.
3. FILL A LARGE POT WITH WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL, ADD MACARONI AND THE 1 TBSP OF OIL.
4. COOK FOR 7 MINUTES OR UNTIL SOMEWHAT TENDER. DRAIN WELL AND RETURN TO POT. MELT THE 8 TBSP OF BUTTER AND STIR INTO MACARONI.
5. IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL OF THE SHREDDED CHEESES.
6. ADD 1 ½ CUPS OF THE COMBINED CHEESES, HALF AND HALF, CUBED VELVEETA, EGGS, SEASONED SALT, AND PEPPER TO THE MACARONI.
7. TRANSFER TO THE PREPARED CASSEROLE DISH AND TOP WITH REMAINING ½ CUP SHREDDED CHEESE.
