MEATLESS MEATBALLS 🔥

1 block (200g) firm tofu, crumbled
1 small, finely diced onion
a handful cilantro, chopped
a handful mint, chopped
a thumbsize piece of ginger, chopped
2 proper Tbsp tomato paste
3 to 4 Tbsp flour (chickpea flour for the gf version)
salt to taste
My favorite glaze:
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
a touch of water
Instruções
Mash and combine.
Shape into 8-10balls.
Fry in oil until golden brown and then bake at 175Celsius/350Fahrenheit for 15min
Combine everything in a saucepan on medium heat until thickened.
Toss the baked “meatballs” in the sauce.
