Street Corn Dip

this makes 8-10 servings (maybe double it for a large crowd it will be gone fast lol)
What you’ll need:
4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayo
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
1 tsp honey
2 jalapeños, finely diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
to taste
1 tbsp water to thin
Instruções
If using frozen corn, defrost according to package instructions.
Mix all prepped ingredients into a large bowl, then top with extra cilantro & cojita cheese.
Notes: Optional: add a few dashes of hot sauce or tajin on top before serving!
