Dumpling Bake

1 can coconut milk
2 Tbs curry paste (I used red curry)
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp honey
Frozen dumplings (I used pork)
Veggies of choice (I was going to use bell peppers 😅) or spinach
Toppings: chili onion crunch, green onion, sesame seeds
Instruções
Preheat oven to 375°F
In a baking dish, add coconut milk, curry paste, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey. Stir well.
Add spinach on top of the sauce.
Add frozen dumplings and veggies to the pan. Mix to coat with sauce.
Cover tightly with tinfoil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add desired toppings.
