Meal Prep Pad Kra Poe

Ingredientes

3/4lb ground chicken, raw

1 second cooking spray oil

2 shallots

2 tbsp minced garlic

3 Thai bird eye chili peppers

Sauce:

1 tbsp of fish sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tsp sugar

4 tbsp chicken bone broth

1 cup Thai basil

Side:

1 ½ cup cooked rice

2 eggs

1 Persian cucumber

How to make it yourself:

Instruções

Thinly dice your shallot, chili, and cucumbers

In a pan on medium heat coated with spray oil, add your shallots and chili pieces, minced garlic, and ground chicken.

Add your fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken bone broth, and thai basil and sauté until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the chicken and in the same pan, cook 2 sunny side up eggs

In a meal prep container, add half your chicken, half your cooked rice, and half your diced cucumbers and enjoy!
