20 pitted medjool dates
12 oz dark chocolate
1/4-1/2 C nut butter thicken with water
1/2 C chopped nuts
Instruções
Melt and temper chocolate using double boiler melting 2/3 then adding 1/3 with heat off
Mix a teaspoon of water into nut butter at a time until thickened.
Line baking sheet or dish with wax paper. Open and smash dates into one uniform layer. Spread nut butter evenly over dates.
Once slightly cooled spread chocolate over the peanut butter and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Optional to sprinkle with sea salt
Fridge for 1 hour or freezer for 30 min
Cut into bars, keep in fridge up to 2 weeks
