Ingredientes

2 lbs meat (pork or chicken)

Marinade:

1/3 c fresh lemon juice

5 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp oregano

pinch rosemary

1 large garlic clove, minced

Instruções

Cut meat into strips on bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water.

Pour marinade over let stand 8 hours or refrigerate 24 hours.

Grill.
