Greek Steak Wraps

Ingredientes

  • 2.6lbs Chuck Steak

  • .5lb Red onion

  • 3 Romain lettuce hearts

  • 12oz Cedars Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 orange pepper

  • 8 Joseph’s lavash bread wraps

  • Fresh oregano

  • Fresh mint

  • .

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Dried Oregano

Instruções

  1. Slice the onions, peppers, and lettuce into short strips. Add to the big bowl

  2. Chop fresh mint and add to bowl

  3. Juice the whole lemon into the bowl and add the Tzatziki sauce.

  4. Mix and add oregano to taste

  5. Salt steaks and cook to a medium

  6. If you’re using chuck steak, cut out fat veins after cooking.

  7. Dice the steak and toss in a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano

Assembly:

  1. Lay on vegetable salad mix leaving an inch of wrap at the bottom. Add steak on top

  2. Fold over only the bottom of wrap then roll

  3. After all the wraps are made, redistribute any left overs into the open end of the wraps

  4. Fold over the other end and wrap in aluminum foil or parchment paper

Notas

Very filling. Can be scaled back

Definitely needs mint mixed into vegetables

Not saucy enough? Maybe add Greek yogurt or make sauce from scratch
