5 large potatoes
300ml heavy cream
2 tablespoon oregano (fresh or dry)
1 lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon honey
100g feta
Instruções
For the cream add the cream, oregano, lemon zest, salt, pepper and honey together and set aside to infuse.
Cut the potatoes in thin slices. Place a thin layer on a baking tray and drizzle the cream on top, crumble a small amount of feta on top and repeat until you reach the top. you should have at least 4-5 layers. If you have any cream left over, pour it in.
Sprinkle it with mozzarella and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Cover with baking paper, and foil.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180C covered. Then 10-15 minutes uncovered until the cheese is melted and golden.
