Passion Fruit Margaritas And Jello Shots

Ingredientes

LALO Passion Fruit Margaritas (serves 4)

2 cups LALO Tequila

1 cup lime juice

1 cup passionfruit puree

1/2 cup orange liqueur

Orange Habanero Jelly

Prepare the orange gelatin according to the package directions, adding a sliced habanero to the mixture as it simmers. Remove from heat, strain out the habanero, and pour the jelly into a shallow pan. Refrigerate until fully set.

Passionfruit Jelly

In a saucepan, combine ½ cup water, ½ cup passionfruit pulp or purée, and ½ cup sugar. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved, then remove from heat. Whisk in 2 packets of unflavored gelatin until fully dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold water, then pour into a shallow pan and refrigerate until set.

Layered Jelly

Once both jellies have set, cut them into your desired shapes using a small cookie cutter. Layer the orange habanero and passionfruit jellies in a shallow dish.

Prepare the lemon gelatin according to the package directions and carefully pour it over the layered jellies. Refrigerate until completely set, then slice into squares or desired shapes.
