Kale Basil Pistachio Pesto

1 cup fresh kale
1 cup fresh basil
5 stems fresh Mint
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup shredded mild Gruyère
2 cups pistachios? (Called for .25)
1/3 cups nice EVOO (~5 Tbsp)
Sea salt
Instruções
Chop up all the greens. It should be around 2 cups worth.
Grind up the pistachios. We used a mortar and pestle.
Mince the garlic.
Add in greens, nuts, oil and garlic to a food processor then blend.
Add salt to taste.
Notas
Use more kale than basil
2 cups of pistachios might be wrong
