Death by Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes

2 eggs

3/4 Cup hot water

3/4 Cup oil

1 Cup sour cream

1 triple chocolate cake mix (any chocolate cake mix will work)

1 small instant chocolate pudding mix

12 oz package of chocolate chips

Instruções

Combine all ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips

(Do not follow the instructions on cake or pudding mix)

Pour into well greased bundt pan

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Notas

No need for frosting. The cake is rich.

The recipe also works with other flavors of cake and pudding (such as lemon cake, lemon pudding, and white chocolate chips). HOWEVER, the variations rarely come out of the pan cleanly. White chocolate, especially, tends to drop to the bottom of the pan and stick when you flip the pan, so you will lose the chocolate and the top of the cake. It will still taste great, though.
