Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites for Ep.1 of My Healthy Dinner

2 salmon fillets, skinless and boneless, cut into cubes (240g)

½ tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

1 garlic clove, minced

1½ tbsp soy sauce

½ tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp sriracha

1 tsp olive oil

Sauce

60g light mayo

2–3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

2 tsp sriracha

Or just use nandos perinaese 👌)

To serve

Rice

Cucumber, sliced

Carrot, julienned

Sesame seeds

Green onions, chopped

Instruções

Toss the salmon with the seasonings and marinate for 10 minutes or so while you make the sauce by whisking everything together until smooth.

Air fry the salmon bites at 200°C for 8–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve over rice with your choice of veggies, and a generous drizzle of the sauce, finish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
