Viral Dumpling Lasagna

Ingredientes

500g chicken mince (can sub for pork)

1 tbs garlic, minced

1 tbs ginger, minced

2 cups carrot or cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup spring onion, sliced

4 tbs soy sauce or oyster sauce

1 tbs rice wine vinegar

1-2 tsp sesame oil

1-2 tsp chilli oil

16+ wonton or dumpling wrappers

Instruções

Combine the mince, carrot/cabbage, spring onion, chili, garlic, ginger and soy/oyster sauce in a bowl.

Lightly grease a baking dish or ramekins with sesame oil.

Dip the dumpling wrappers into a bowl of water then layer into the bottom of the baking dish/ramekins.

Spread some of the filling over the wrappers then repeat with remaining wrappers and mince mixture, finishing with a layer of wrappers.

Drizzle 1-2 tbsp of water over the top and place in a water bath. Cover and steam 20-25 minutes.
