Greek Chickpea Salad

Ingredientes

2 cans chickpeas

Cucumbers diced

2 bell peppers diced

1 cup sliced Kalamata olives

1/2 cup diced feta

1/3 cup fresh dill

Dressing:

2 lemons juiced

Equal part olive oil (to amount of lemon juice)

3 garlic cloves minced

1-2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper

Instruções

Cut all veg and add to either meal prep containers or big bowl

Mix dressing.

Add dressing when ready to eat
