Ingredients per 6 dumplings:
6 Napa cabbage leaves
1/2 White onion
2 Green onion stalks
2 tsp Minced garlic
10oz Raw red Argentine shrimp
1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
Black pepper
Sauce
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp White vinegar
Instruções
Chop shrimp and vegetables of choice into small pieces.
In a bowl, add shrimp, vegetables, and egg, sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper - mix thoroughly.
Bring a pot of water to boil and add napa cabbage leaves.
Once soft, immediately transfer into a pot of cold water.
Lay cabbage leaves flat, add shrimp mix and roll into dumplings.
In a pan on medium heat, add a spray of oil and fry dumplings until cabbage is slightly browned (~2-3min each side).
Once cooked through, transfer to a plate, pour sauce of choice and enjoy!
