High Protein Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse! Literally So Easy

feel free to add some sweetener like maple syrup if desired, but add a tbsp chocolate chips per tbsp maple syrup —I thought it was perfect with just the chocolate*

2 cups cottage cheese

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup chocolate chips

1/2 tbsp coconut oil

6 tbsp cocoa powder

Instruções

Add the cottage cheese and vanilla to a high speed blender. Blend until very smooth. 2️⃣Melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl with the coconut oil. Heat in 30 second intervals, mixing after each interval until smooth. 3️⃣Add the cottage cheese and melted chocolate to a mixing bowl, and quickly fold the ingredients together until well mixed. Add the cocoa powder and fold it in, then whisk until smooth. 4️⃣Add the mousse to a few small dishes and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
