Super simple high protein cheesy chicken meal
Prep
200g Orzo
320g Cooked chicken (420g raw)
150g Boursin cheese
50g Parmesan cheese
500g Cherry tomatoes
200g Spinach
400ml stock
Salt, pepper
Instruções
Boursin in the middle, combine and mix everything except the Parmesan.
Cover and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for ~35 mins.
Remove foil, add Parmesan and bake for a further 5/10 mins uncovered
Leave 5 mins to cool
