2g charcoal powder
10g sugar
10g soft flour
80g olive oil
90g water
Instruções
Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the charcoal powder, sugar, and soft flour. Slowly add the olive oil and water, stirring until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
Prepare the Pan: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the Tuile: Pour a small amount of the mixture into the pan (about 1-2 tbsp) and spread it out thinly to form a round shape. As it cooks, the mixture will bubble and create a lace-like texture.
Remove and Cool: Once the tuile becomes crisp and golden brown, carefully remove it from the pan using a spatula. Place it on a cooling rack to set.
Serve: Once cooled, the tuile dantel is ready to serve. Perfect for adding texture to desserts or as a garnish for savory dishes.
