"Pork, Chives, and Bean Sprout Rice Bowl" (Serves 2)
Ingredients
Ground pork 200g
Bean sprouts 1 bag (200g)
Chives 1/2 bag
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Grated garlic 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
Water 60ml
Sugar, soy sauce, chili bean paste 1 tsp each
Chicken stock powder 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch, oyster sauc
e 1 tbsp each

豚ニラもやし丼』 (2人分)
材料
豚ひき肉 200g
もやし1袋 (200g)
ニラ 1/2袋
ごま油 大さじ1
すりおろしニンニク 小さじ1
塩胡椒 適量
タレ
水60ml
砂糖、醤油、豆板醤 各小さじ1
鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1/2
片栗粉、オイスターソース 各大さじ1

Instructions
❶ Put sesame oil, grated garlic, and ground meat in a frying pan. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then cook over medium heat. Mix the sauce ingredients together.
❷ Once the ground meat is cooked, add the bean sprouts and chives (cut with scissors) and stir-fry. When they have softened slightly, stir the sauce again (⚠️←important) and add it to the pan. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients. It's done! ✨
Tips
When cooking the ground meat, avoid moving it around too much. It tastes best if you let it brown before breaking it up. 😊
When adding the sauce, be sure to stir it again as the cornstarch will have settled.

作り方
❶フライパンにごま油、すりおろしニンニク、ひき肉をいれ、お肉に塩胡椒をかけたら中火で焼いていく。タレを混ぜておく。
❷ひき肉が焼けたらもやし、挟みで切ったニラを加えて炒め、少ししんなりしたらタレを再度かき混ぜて(⚠️←重要)入れて、トロミが絡むまで炒めたら完成✨
ポイント
ひき肉を焼くときはあまり動かしすぎず、焼き目をつけてから崩していくと美味しいです😊
タレを入れる際は、片栗粉が沈澱しているため必ず再度かき混ぜてください。
