Perfect Pizza Dough Recipe

for 2 medium pizzas)
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour / maida
1 tsp instant yeast (or 1.5 tsp active dry yeast)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil (or any oil)
¾ cup (180 ml) warm water (not hot)
Instruções
Activate Yeast (skip if using instant yeast)
Warm water + sugar + yeast
Mix and rest 10 minutes until frothy.
Make Dough
In a bowl add flour + salt
Add yeast mixture & oil
Mix and knead 8–10 minutes until dough becomes smooth and elastic.
First Rise
Apply little oil on dough
Cover and rest for 1 hour (or until doubled).
Shape Pizza
Punch dough to remove air
Divide into 2 balls
Roll or stretch into pizza base (8–10 inches).
Par Bake (optional but recommended)
Pre-bake the base for 5 minutes at 250°C
Then add sauce, cheese, toppings.
Final Bake
Bake at 250°C for 8–10 minutes
Or in tawa: cook base on low flame, add toppings, cover & cook 10 min
