Ingredientes

1 cup flour

1/2 cup milnot

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 egg

Instruções

Mix milk, water, sugar, salt and egg

Stir flour in slowly

Beat until smooth with mixer

Heat 2" of oil to 365 degrees

Immerse iron into oil until heated; blot dry

Dip iron 3/4" into batter; shake off excess

Dip iron into hot oil

When rosette browns slightly, lift mold

Rosette will fall; allow to cook a few seconds

Take rosette out with tongs

Drain on paper towels

Sprinkle with powdered or cinnamon sugar
