Ingredients:
– 2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cubed
– Frank’s Sweet Chile sauce (enough to coat)
– Garlic powder, to taste
– Umami bomb seasoning, to taste
– A splash of soy sauce
– 1 pack 90-second basmati rice
– 1 avocado, cubed
– Salt and lime juice, to taste
– Chopped chives
– Sesame seeds, for garnish
– Fried garlic, for garnish
Sauce:
– Kewpie mayo (equal part)
– Sriracha (equal part)
– Small glug of honey
– Pinch of salt
Instruções
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, mix salmon cubes with sweet chile sauce, garlic powder, umami seasoning, and soy sauce until well coated.
3. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Then increase to 425°F and cook for 5 more minutes to caramelize.
4. Microwave basmati rice per package directions.
5. Mix Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, honey, and salt to make the spicy sauce.
6. Cube avocado and season with salt and lime juice.
7. Assemble bowls: start with rice, then top with salmon, avocado, spicy mayo, chives, sesame seeds, and fried garlic.
Note: Cilantro optional for non-haters.
