Warm Snap Peas Salad

Ingredientes

1 lbs Snap Peas cut on a bias

1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions

4 tablespoons avocado oil or any neutral oil

2 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice

2 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 cloves garlic minced

1/2 tablespoon grated ginger

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instruções

Place a small pan on low heat. Add your oil and sesame seeds. Cook for a couple of minutes. Continue to add the garlic and ginger, sauteé for a couple of minutes until fragrant. Add the scallions, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper and take it off the heat.

Place the sliced snap peas in a bowl and put the warm scallion sauce over it. Mix until well combined. Serve and Devour!
