Instruções
In a bowl add
2 cups warm milk
2 1/4 tsp yeast quick rise/traditional
1/4 cup sugar
Whisk and let sit 5 mins
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
5 cups ap flour
Mix together until soft dough forms
Grease bowl cover and let rest for 1 hour
1 cup butter
Add to parchment paper
Roll into a square shape 8x8 ish
Place in fridge to chill
Roll dough out into a rectangle
Place chilled butter onto dough
Fold dough over onto butter
Flip over
Roll out
Fold into thirds
Wrap into plastic wrap let chill for 30 mins
Roll out again into rectangle
Fold into thirds
Wrap and chill for 30 mins
Repeat as many times as you want
5 times (or more if you want)
Roll out into a rectangle
Cut into triangles
6 large triangles 😂
Cut slit into big part
And roll
Preheat oven to 350
Place onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Let sit for 20 mins
Brush with egg wash
Bake at 350 for 15 mins
Cut open make sandwich with them
