English Toffee*

Ingredientes

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 milk chocolate bars

Chopped nuts

Instruções

Combine butter, sugar and water

Cook over medium heat; stir constantly

After it comes to a full boil, time 10 minutes

Remove from heat and add vanilla

Pour into large shallow pan; spread evenly

Break up chocolate bars over candy while hot

Melt and spread over candy

Sprinkle nuts over chocolate

Place in refrigerator and let cool

When hard, break into pieces
