800g-1kg chicken thighs
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
3 tbsp shawarma seasoning (I used @spicekitchenuk)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato puree
6 flatbreads (I use @mydelikitchen folded flatbreads which are really easy for the kids to pick up without everything going everywhere!)
To serve:
Garlic mayo (I mix around 3 tbsp with 1 tsp garlic powder)
Red onion
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Instruções
Preheat oven to 200c
Add the chicken, yoghurt, shawarma seasoning, olive oil and tomatoes purer to a loaf tin and mix well
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour until golden
Remove and allow to cool, then place upside down on a chopping board and slice the chicken into chunks
Serve with flatbreads, garlic mayo and salad
