Cheesecake (Aunt Grace's)

Ingredientes

CRUST

1/4 Ib. Graham crackers

2 Tbsp. sugar

1-1/2 t. cinnamon

6 Tbsp. melted shortening

FILLING

1-1/2 lbs. Cream cheese, softened

3 eggs

1 C. sugar

1/2 t. vanilla

TOPPING

1 pint of sour cream

½ t. vanilla

3 Tbsp. sugar

Instruções

For Crust: Crush crackers inside a plastic bag with rolling pin or use food processor. Combine with rest of ingredients and line a 10 inch spring form pan.

For Filling: Place cream cheese in a bowl. Mix well. Add sugar gradually, then eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour into crust and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

For Topping: Whip cream lightly, add sugar and vanilla. Pour carefully over baked cake. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes.

Cool and store in refrigerator.
