Sun-dried Tomato and Olive Bread Dip

Ingredientes

¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

8 cloves garlic grated

1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped olives

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 sprig of thyme

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Bread for serving

Instruções

In a small baking dish or ramekin, add your olive oil, thyme and garlic cloves and bake at 350 for 25-30 mins u til caramelized and soft. Transfer the garlic and oil mix into shallow bowl and mash the garlic with a fork. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped olives, balsamic vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. Serve with crusty bread and Devour!
