Air Fryer Chicken Gyros

Gyros Chicken:
600g Skinless & Boneless Chicken Thighs
2x Tbsp Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
2 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Coriander
Juice of 1 Lemon
Olive Oil Spray
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Tzatziki:
150g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1/2 Medium Cucumber, Grated and Squeezed
Juice of ½ Lemon
½ tsp Garlic Granules
1 tsp Dried Dill
1 tsp Fresh Mint
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
To Serve:
4 Greek Style Flatbreads
80g Shredded Lettuce
2 Medium Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
2 Medium Potatoes
Instruções
Marinate chicken with yoghurt, spices, garlic and lemon.
Air fry chicken at 190°C for 12–14 mins, shaking halfway.
Cut potatoes into chips, season, air fry at 200°C for 18–22 mins.
Mix all tzatziki ingredients until creamy.
Warm flatbreads, fill with chicken, salad and tzatziki.
Serve with crispy chips and enjoy 🔥
