Mango Yoghurt Bars

Such a great and easy snack - there’s protein for fullness, natural sweetness from Calypso® Mangoes, and a chocolate shell for balance.
AD Calypso® Mangoes are my go-to because they’ve got that sweet tropical flavour, the blush cheeks, and the smooth, firm flesh with no stringy bits… which means perfect texture in every bar.
Here’s how to make them (makes 10 bars)
500g high-protein vanilla yoghurt
300g diced Calypso® Mango
1 scoop vanilla protein (I use equ Very Vanilla WPI)
30g honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
200g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instruções
Mix yoghurt, protein, honey, vanilla + salt
Fold in diced Calypso® Mango
Pour into a lined loaf pan and freeze overnight
Slice into bars
Dip in melted chocolate + coconut oil and sprinkle with sea salt
Freeze 10-15 mins to set and enjoy!
