Homemade Bread Crumbs

2 white baguettes
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Instruções
Prepare the baguettes: by breaking them into smaller pieces, around 2-3 inches.
Make coarse breadcrumbs: to a food processor add the baguettes and pulse several times until you reach a chunky crumb consistency. Don't worry about getting a fine texture yet, you'll process them again later.
Dry the crumbs: line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coarse breadcrumbs evenly. Let them dry on the counter for 1 to 2 days until they are completely dried out.You can loosely place a piece of parchment paper over the bread crumbs to keep them free from dust.
Add to a food processor: transfer the breadcrumbs back to the food processor.
Pulse: several times until you've reached a coarse, sandy texture.
Transfer: to a large mixing bowl and add your parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt.Mix well.
Store: in an airtight container. They can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 months.
