6 slices bacon
1/4 c onion
1/4 c diced green pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 c ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 lb shrimp
1 c diced ham
corn starch
water
salt & pepper
Instruções
Cook bacon until crisp. Darin on paper towel.
Cook onion & pepper until tender. Add brown sugar, chicken broth, ketchup, simmer.
Cut shrimp smaller. Add with ham to mixture. Heat through.
Thicken with corn starch & water. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve over rice.
