Starbucks Blueberry Scones

Składniki

2 cups all purpose flour

½ cup white sugar

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

1 egg

½ cup light sour cream

¾ cup blueberries

1 tbsp sugar

Glaze

½ cup icing sugar

2 tsp water or more

Wskazówki

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar to bowl.

Grate frozen butter into mixture and with fingers mix well together.

Add egg to sour cream and add to flour mixture and mix with hands until mixture comes together, add blueberries and carefully fold in.

Form into a bowl on a floured surface and place on parchment paper on baking sheet.

Cut into 8 wedges and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400F for about 18 – 20 minutes just until lightly browned.

Glaze (optional): Mix 1/2 cup icing sugar with 2 tsp water or more to form a thick glaze drizzle over top scones. Enjoy!
