🧀CHEESY FLAT BREAD RECIPE !
• All-purpose flour – 2 cups (250g)
• Warm milk – 150 ml (⅔ cup minus 2 tbsp)
• Instant yeast – 1 tsp
• Egg – 1 (set aside 1 tbsp for egg wash)
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
• Sugar – ⅓ tbsp
• Shredded mozzarella – 1 cup
• Extra grated cheese for topping
Bake it golden, cheesy, and delicious! 😋

Mix, knead, rise. Punch back. Roll out to circle. Fill with cheese. Roll out to 'pizza' flat again. Egg Wash. Re prove. More cheese. Bake 160c 25 mins
