Crispy Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Bites

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 medium cauliflower head

Wskazówki

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into florets, ensuring they are roughly the same size. Slice large florets in half if needed.

In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the melted butter mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the breaded cauliflower florets onto the prepared baking sheet.

Roast the cauliflower for 30-35 minutes, or until the breading turns golden brown and crispy.
