140g plain flour 100g cornmeal or polenta 1 tbsp baking powder 70g sweetcorn 150ml milk 4 tbsp olive oil 1 egg 1 tbsp honey

Wskazówki

1 Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7 and coat an 18cm square baking tin with cooking spray. Mix together the flour, cornmeal and baking powder in a mixing bowl.

2 Stir together the sweetcorn, milk, oil, egg and honey in a separate bowl. Pour into the flour mixture and stir well to mix thoroughly.

3 Pour into the baking tin, scraping any mixture from the sides o1 the bowl into the tin. Spread evenly with a spatula.

4 Bake for 20-25 minutes until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Slice into squares and serve hot.
