Marry Me Creamy Shrimp Pasta

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

Paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, cayenne, salt & pepper

2 tbsp butter

½ onion, finely diced

5 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 tsp paprika + pinch of cayenne (for sauce)

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped

Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season shrimp with paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Sear in butter over high heat, 1–2 min per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté onion over medium heat until softened. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and cook 2 min.

Pour in chicken broth and let reduce slightly. Add heavy cream, paprika, and cayenne. Stir and simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 min.

Toss penne into the sauce and stir to coat. Nestle shrimp on top and garnish with fresh herbs.
