Spinach-Artichoke Dip*

14-ounce can artichoke hearts drained
1/3 cup grated romano cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
10-ounce box frozen leaf spinach thawed and partially drained
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Wskazówki
In blender, add hearts, romano, parmesan and garlic
Pulse until chopped, or coursly chop hearts by hand.
In bowl, mix spinach, cream, sour cream and mozzarella
Add heart mixture
Place in a greased 8" square pan
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, til melted and bubbling
Serve warm with tortilla chips
