Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp turmeric powder (optional, for color)

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
