Tomatillo Salsa

Składniki

Grill tomatillos (measurement: 1 medium to 1 small mixing bowl), 6 cloves garlic, 1 red onion

Blend above in vitamix with lime juice, cayenne (pinch), and sea salt

Finely chop cilantro and stir in by hand

Dice onion and stir in also rather than blending

Make it chunky: tomatillos, cilantro, onion, lime juice

Grill 1 sour cream container tomatillos (paper taken off and washed and dried)

Grill until a little black; take off immediately; it needs to be bright green; if it’s dirty green, it will be gluey

Use 2 cloves garlic, 1 jalapeño, lime juice, pinch of cayenne, and salt

Pulse-chop above ingredients; don’t puree too much

Add in diced red onion (after pouring salsa into bowl) and finely chopped cilantro

Taste and adjust seasonings
