Roasted Turkey Thighs

4 garlic cloves

Black pepper

Sea salt

1 large bay leaf (chopped)

3 large Turkey thighs (approx. 3.4 pounds)

Wskazówki

Cut garlic cloves in small pieces

Chop bay leaf in small pieces

Mix with salt and pepper

Apply filling to thighs.

Cover the thighs with the filling and cover for 2 hours or leave covered in the fridge overnight.

Before baking:

Add some oil on top and bottom (a little bit)

Bake uncovered skin side-up at 375 F for 2 hours (1.5-2 hours)

After an 45 minutes, turn around in the oven.
