Egg Yolk Confit - Spicy & Easy

Składniki

8-10 egg yolks (save the whites)

1/3 cup salsa macha or chili crisp.

Enough olive oil to coat the yolks.

Ciabatta.

Parm.

Chives.

Wskazówki

Add the yolks to a small baking dish and add the salsa macha and cover in olive oil. Cover with foil.

Add to a larger baking dish and add enough boiling water to cover half of the dish with the yolks.

Bake at 180F for 1 hr 15 min. You can check at the 1 hour mark and see if they are to your liking. You can leave them as long as you want to get the desired consistency.
