Babs' guacamole

2 ripe avocados, pitted

1 ripe medium tomato, diced

1 fresh green chilli, diced

1/2-1 red onion, diced

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and black pepper

Wskazówki

1 Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork.

2 Stir in the diced tomato, half the chilli and the diced onion along with a good squeeze of lime juice. Mix well and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add more chilli or lime juice to taste.

3 Store in an airtight tub and consume within two days.
